Look for zeros on days you worked. Look for spikes that came from multi-day events split at midnight. Look for clusters of short meetings that still ate the afternoon. Those three reads beat rereading the monthly total.

Events that cross midnight appear across local days so each day stays understandable. If that looks like “duplication,” open the detail rows before changing anything.
When daily totals only is enough
Privacy mode can ship day-level load without event titles. Perfect for coarse capacity reports. Poor for “which meeting was that?” debates—use full detail when the debate is likely.
Blank days are usually the tell
